“What is time?”

Image result for TIME

One day a wise man was asked a question: “What is time?”
His answer was:
– Yesterday, today, tomorrow…
The one who asked the question was disappointed:
– That’s it?
– Well, – the wise man said, – then listen to this story.

There was Today which wanted to become Always…  Yesterday said:
– I also wanted to become Always when I was you…
– Did you ask Always how it does that? – inquired Today.
– I asked.
– And?
– By changing, – was its answer, – by becoming Tomorrow from Today.
– But that means, – Today thought, – that Always does not belong to itself. It is always someone else! It means that something is making it do that. But what is it?
Yesterday said:
– Maybe it’s Time?
– What is time? – Today asked. – It’s only you and me, and also Tomorrow…

The one who was asking the wise man said nothing more, because another person, who was silent before, joined their conversation:
– But wise man, it means that time is the thing what passes. And that is wrong. It can also last by stopping.
The wise man looked at him with curiosity and answered with a smile:
– You are right. Sometimes today can last hundreds and thousands of years… before it passes. Sometimes it feels like yesterday has come back and we are living in it. There is a little bit of tomorrow in yesterday and in today, but we rarely recognise it. It turns out that there is only this trinity

But Hani and Zimo both had a fault. They were wayward! This is mysterious because their father was not known to be wayward. "They weren't always like this. Oh qods of our fathers, what have i done to deserve this ill-treatment from you?" lamented Alimi. "Have i not fulfilled my part as a father to them?. Have i not shown them the right part?. . Have i not provided for them what they wished for". Our ancestors, answer me. Have i not being a good father to my children?". Alimi was becoming frail and weaker by each passing day. Frustration and helplessness clearly written on his forehead. He took his walking stick and his bag along with him as he set out to go to his farm.
He was just a few yards to the farm when suddenly, admist tears from a far off direction, he could hear his name being called. His friend, Mazi Chidi was running as long as his old and tiny legs could carry him towards Alimi. As he got closer, he slowed down his pace and started gasping for breath. 'Mazi Chidi, i have not seen you run like this since we became friends. What is the problem?'. 'A toad does not run in the daylight for nothing. Tell me my friend, what is chasing you so early in the morning?' Inquired Alimi. "Alimi, there is fire in your house and you are here?'. "I am just coming from your house now, and what i saw... My brother, my eyes have seen my ears". Said Mazi Chidi. "Aalu! May the gods forbid! How can my house be on fire?". Inquired Alimi. "Alimi, what i mean to tell you is that your third daughter Mma is raving mad". Mazi Chidi blurrted out. "Chinekemeh! What! what are you telling me Mazi? Velemo's daughter is running mad? What am i doing here?. Oh No! Not her daughter! Please gods of our land, let this not be true". Said Alimi as he dropped his walking stick and bag and began running home.

ONE MAN WANTED TO BECOME POWERFUL...

One man wanted to become powerful. When he heard that there was a sage who lived high in the mountains and could work the miracles, he went to him. This man prepared food for a sage, wrapped up his feet and did everything, what is necessary in such cases. The old man was very kind and friendly, but being asked about the miracles, he always repeated one thing:
—I am a simple man and don‘t know any miracles.
But the dodger thought so: “This is a sure sage sign. Only the one who knows can say such things. And the one who declares himself as a knower, do not know anything”. Time has passed. A man did not leave. Day and night he was serving a sage, hoping to extract his secret. One night the young man started to massage the old man‘s feet, asking him about miracles. Soon the old man wanted to sleep and said:
— It‘s enough. Stop it!
But the dodger said him:
— I will not stop until you open me the secret of working the miracles!
— Well, — a sage said, — let it be in your way! I will give you a very powerful spell. You have to tell it nine times after you made a wish. This is very powerful spell! So, every your wish will come true.
When the young man received what he had dreamt about, he was very happy and started to gather his things. A sage told him:
-But do not hurry, there is one condition.
-What kind of condition? – the young man asked.
-To make your wish come true, you have to concentrate on it in the full silence. And, most importantly, you do not have to think about the yellow monkey!
– Oh, that’s not a problem! – the young man said. – I’ve never thought about any monkey.
And he left. On the way home he started to see some faces. But he was in a hurry and did not pay much attention to it. He wanted to sit in the silence and make a wish as soon as possible.
When he reached the home, it seemed to him that the monkeys looked at him from all windows. “What a delusion?” – he thought. But that was only the beginning! As soon as he sat down, made a wish, and told a spell, the most interesting thing has begun! The monkeys surrounded him. They screamed, built the smiley faces, pulled his clothes. It was unbearable!
When the morning came, he didn’t dream about any miracles. He just wanted to sleep. But vainly! The monkeys persecuted him everywhere.
The next evening the young man visited a sage. A sage was waiting for him.
-What happened? Did the monkeys disturb you? – a sage asked, smiling.
-It‘s not time to laugh. Is it funny? – the young man asked. – Did the monkeys bother me? You are an old man and you are not ashamed to make such jokes? I have accepted you as my teacher, and what you did? I almost went crazy! Take your spell back and free my mind. Instead of teaching me the miracles, you have developed the monkey mind in me.
A sage, gently smiling, said:
– It‘s your fault. I warned you that I do not know any miracles. Moreover, I wanted to show you how undeveloped and enslaved is your mind. And, first of all, you have to develop it.

Conquer Your Negative Thoughts

There's no reason we could let ourselves unworthy. God's always watching how we generate little blessings to the best and proper ways.
There once a story of my life. I'm such a person born with a negative mind. How I wish I could live same with others happy lifestyle. When I was a little I'd never felt the true happiness of life. I don't even know how to value myself. I'd always mind the feelings of others even in exchange of my own free will. Definitely, I grew up having feelings of being lonely, shameful, sensitive and unsociable. I always put down myself on behalf of a group mistakes. I keep on regretting for my worthless behavior but how can I overcome since this was my true personality? I don't have confidence at all. I have a dream but I think I'm not worthy enough to achieve it.
We're facing the most difficult pace of life. Far from everything, always work day by day. Even under the rays of sunshine or even drops of rain. We're living a poor life. I'm 6 years old that time when I learn how things could be done. How money could be earned in exchange of your true services. I've always thought that life is unfair. Only few were selected to experience the happiness of living.
Our school is far enough, but we always imagine that it was near and safe to lessen the feeling of tiredness. Sometimes I thought it could be better to be out of school since all these things will no longer working out. Were only wasting our money and effort but my mother is such a great person. It seems like she's the one who ready to handle all burdens of life for us. Even at my negativity of thoughts, I always mind and respect the feelings of my mother. She didn't finish her school but she's a professional teacher for me. She's ready to sacrifice all her effort. She always thought that the only thing they could bequeath for us is to build a greater knowledge. This statement helps me think and realize the true meaning of love.
I gain a little confident. Ready to face all the challenge, my mother thought me so. Even at my greatest burden, I always try to motivate myself. If I cause some mistakes, I always keep on smiling. When I felt down, I try my best to stand up. When I felt shame, I thought myself to be lucky enough. Satisfactions teach me to make my days complete, teach me the feeling of real happiness. This life maybe is not about ENJOYING, but the main purpose is all about LEARNING.
Whatever may come, whatever it takes. Always look up to the positive ways!
